		<description>You don&#039;t need any more padding than normal. Just don&#039;t try to take a double diamond hill on your first go. Take it slow and easy on the small stuff. Once you&#039;re comfortable staying upright for the entire small hill like a little bunny run, then move up to the big stuff. Also, don&#039;t try any jumps until you&#039;re comfortable. You can break stuff doing jumps if you&#039;re not ready yet.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
