How important are goggles for snowboarding?

Posted: November 4th, 2009 | Author: admin | Filed under: Snowboarding Goggles | 6 Comments »

the one day, there’s a snowstorm.
the other day, the sun’s really freaking bright, and you’re on snow which just makes it worse.
the third day, it’s perfect weather and you just feel like looking hot.

pretty damn important?
like, they’re definitely the best solution when you think about it, because they’re like a solution for everything.
but sunglasses are also not that bad, just make sure they’re quality or you’ll go blind. same with the goggles, they HAVE to be good quality.

try dragons or anons or scotts. those, in my experience and what i’ve heard, are the best.

um… they keep the wind and snow out of your eyes, and depending on the tint of the lenses, add contrast or help keep you from getting snowblindness from the sun reflecting off the pretty white snow all day long. I’d rate goggles or sunglasses as a pretty decently important part of your equipment

Very, they protect your eyes from the sun, snow, wind, everything. you could also use sunglasses, but i prefer goggles.
