Is it weird to wear Volcom, RVCA, Billabong, Hurley, Element, etc. if you don’t skateboard or snowboard?

I don’t see any skateboarders wearing anything from those companies nowadays anyway but even if they did, knock yourself out.
I for one appreciate it more when people do. Even if they don’t skate themselves at least they’re putting money in to the skateboard industry which in the long run, I benefit from.

No people wear polos and tennis sneakers when they don’t play polo or tennis. Almost all sporty clothes come from different sports

not if you dont mind being called a "Poser"
if you like it for the style thats one thing and thats fine ..but if your wearing it just to fit in to the skatebaord/snowboard lifestyle…thats completly wack and you deserve to be called a poser
