There’s a girl that I thought is a guy. She exactly looked like a guy and dress like a guy. She’s tall about 5′9 (175 cm), really skinny, has a straight dark brown hair and her hairstyle is sorta like skater boys with bangs cover her eyes. She has green braces and green eyes. She’s absolutely going to be a hot guy. She acts like guy. She doesn’t have guy’s voices but she has a pattern of guy speech. She wears guy clothes. She always wear guy skaters pants and wear a guy’s shirts, sometimes with a snowboard coats.
My friend and I was wondering if she is a lesbian. I’ve been nailing her by saying that I like to be friend with gay peoples but I don’t see any reaction. She said that she likes kids but it’s not for her.
Anyway back to topic. I just wondered if she dress like a guy,act like a guy, talk like a guy, do you think she’s lesbian?
Or she just act like that because she likes it that way?
She doesn’t hang out much with guys. However she has a lot of friends that a girl.
What do you think?
I’m curious.
I sorta have crush on her thats why I want to know.
I want to ask her but I’m afraid that she won’t talk to me anymore
She might dress like a guy, but I’m friends with several girls somewhat like the one you described and they definitely aren’t lesbians. Maybe she just doesn’t like to act girly, some straight women don’t. There shouldn’t be any harm in just flat out asking her if she’s a lesbian, that’s really the only way to find out.
Edit: Have you thought about asking one of her friends if she is that way?
I know someone like that and she’s definitely not lesbian. Maybe you should lay off her and mind your own business

I’ve known people like this who weren’t lesbian at all, but were sexually abused as a child and feel the need to "cover" themselves up or "turn off males" by dressing like a guy to combat male attentions to their body.
It’s actually quite sad…you should take it easy on this girl if it possibly the case. The best thing is to be her friend and let her take you into her confidence. If she tells you she is lesbian (or that she was abused ) and just be as good a friend as you can to her.
